My name is Amanda Zaidman and I specialize in working with people just like you. People who sense that even though things may be okay, they could be so much better. I love helping people who long for a life that feels meaningful and who want to gain control of their feelings of anger, sadness, or worry. I have years of experience helping people heal from trauma and supporting people to let go of patterns that are no longer working. I utilize a combination of techniques including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Therapeutic Mindfulness, and Brain Spotting to help my client’s move from feeling drained to feeling fulfilled.
